Two-stage process
Sequence the offset and flexo coating units to develop the selected texture.
Build texture in two coordinated stages.
A double station UV system for drip-off and hybrid coating effects.
The Hybrid UV Drip-off Machine combines an offset unit and a flexo unit for offline textured coating. It supports drip-off, spot, selective non-coated areas and full coating on printed substrates.
A water-cooled UV interdeck cassette provides partial curing after the first station. A combination UV, IR and hot-air dryer follows the second station, with an automatic stacker completing the sequence. Two published formats cover different sheet and coating sizes at a stated maximum of 6,000 impressions per hour.
Explore the capabilities that shape this machine’s role on your production floor.

A water-cooled UV interdeck cassette follows the first coating station.
The second stage is followed by UV, IR and hot-air drying as appropriate.
Published 2030 and 2840 configurations provide different sheet sizes and coating areas.
