Speed-linked UV output
Synchronise lamp intensity with press speed for the selected production process.
Cure between the printing units.
UV curing integrated between printing units.
APL UV Interdeck places a UV cassette between successive press units to cure UV inks or varnish. Air and/or water cooling is incorporated according to the system configuration, enabling curing to become part of the printing sequence.
APL describes absorbent, non-absorbent and metallised substrates, including online gloss, matt and textured effects. Lamp intensity is synchronised with press speed, with stepless control, automated shutters and hibernation. Cassette positions and cooling requirements are selected for the press and its intended jobs.
