The 3D UV Curing System is designed around coated parts whose geometry requires UV exposure from a suitable arrangement of sources. APL identifies automotive lighting, moulded plastic products, wood components and composite parts as applications.
The system is configured to deliver UV energy to the surfaces that must cure. Part shape, shadowed areas, coating chemistry and the required handling method matter to this selection. Share drawings or samples so that APL can assess the irradiation and transport arrangement.
