The Four Pillar Screen Printing Machine is presented for large glass, wood, sunboard and vinyl applications. It uses a servo-driven squeegee and a jack-screw screen lift, with an AC induction drive for the peel-off arrangement.
Fixed-bed and sliding-bed versions are described. For glass lines, optional pre-centring can receive material from a washer or manual loading, then coordinate printing and transfer toward the dryer.
