Semi automatic screen printing with automatic glass centering.
APL’s Semi Automatic Centering Glass Screen Printing Machine combines an adjustable printing table with pneumatic controls and linear guides. Automatic centring and micro-registration pins help establish the glass position before printing.
The published APL 4560, 5075 and 6090 models provide maximum printing areas of 450 × 600, 500 × 750 and 600 × 900 mm respectively. A servo-driven take-off arrangement is also described. Select the working area and glass handling around the print image, actual sheet dimensions and required drying sequence.
