The technology, explained

Precision handling for architectural and automotive glass.

01 — OVERVIEW

The Automatic Glass Screen Printing Machine combines glass positioning, screen printing and outfeed in a three-section line. APL describes a synchronised vertical screen lift driven through four ball-screw jacks, with synchronous belts handling glass through the process.

The range is presented for architectural glass and automotive windscreens, side windows and rear glass. PLC and HMI controls coordinate the electrical and pneumatic systems. Published maximum print formats extend from 900 × 1,800 mm to 2,000 × 3,000 mm, with the final handling and dryer arrangement selected for the glass.

Inside the machine

the details.

Explore the capabilities that shape this machine’s role on your production floor.

01

Three-stage handling

A pre-centring and positioning section feeds the printing section before the glass exits toward the next process.

02

Synchronised screen lift

Four ball-screw jacks provide a coordinated vertical lift arrangement.

03

Belt conveyance

Synchronous belts transfer the glass through the machine.

04

Integrated controls

PLC and HMI operation coordinate the printing and handling sequence.
