The APL-UV 2030 is an offline coating and curing machine for full and spot UV varnish, aqueous coatings and primers. A stream feeder and registration controls handle paper and board as the job moves through coating and drying.
The published design uses a robust cast-iron frame, hardened gears, vacuum transport and a lamp-cooling arrangement. Anilox coating, adjustable lays and PLC touchscreen controls support setup. Available configurations are described at 6,000 or 10,000 sheets per hour; the quotation confirms the selected model and operating conditions.
