Gripper transport for coating and curing.

01 — OVERVIEW

This gripper-delivery coating system brings automatic sheet feeding, spot or full coating, and drying into one production arrangement. APL describes anilox coating with doctor-blade control, registration adjustment and PLC touchscreen operation.

Chain delivery and gripper pads support sheet transport toward the stacker. UV, IR and hot-air components are described across the published configurations, along with a water chiller and cooling blowers. Because the source covers differing lamp, stock and speed arrangements, APL should confirm the exact LED or conventional UV configuration and model specification.
