01 — OVERVIEW

The Roll-to-Roll Screen Printer handles roll-fed printing, reprinting and spot coating. Repeat-pass sensors support work on preprinted rolls, while multicolour configurations allow the production setup to suit the design.

Published formats include 13 × 18 and 20 × 30 inches with IR/UV drying. APL also describes web guides, corona treatment, dust removal and die cutting as configurable options. Cold foil, cast & cure, 3D foiling and spot UV can be discussed as part of the wider finishing workflow.
