01 — OVERVIEW

APL’s Roll-to-Roll 3D Foil Evolution machine brings decorative foil and cast-and-cure work into a continuous material workflow. APL describes hot foil, cold foil and cast-and-cure processes with foil-saving operation.

Automatic alignment and sensor-based control support the roll-fed arrangement. It is presented for labels and premium packaging applications, including cosmetics, beverages and gift products. Confirm usable web width, roll dimensions, registration requirements and production speed against the specific roll-to-roll configuration.
