01 — OVERVIEW

QuantumJet is APL’s industrial single-pass digital printing platform. The published configuration combines a piezo inkjet system with a roll-fed production arrangement and flexo capability, bringing digital printing and selected inline processes into one workflow.

The reference lists a 510 mm maximum web width and 470 mm printing width, with four servo motors and web-alignment controls. APL identifies paper, board up to 300 gsm, PP, PET and metallised materials among the applications. Ink, treatment and finishing modules should be matched to each substrate.
