01 — OVERVIEWAPL’s High Performance LED UV Curing System is developed for demanding wood-coating applications. APL describes a single LED cassette for high coating deposition, with instant on/off switching and no conventional lamp warm-up cycle.
The system is intended to support consistent coating appearance and gloss while reducing curing energy demand. APL publishes an LED life above 30,000 hours. The coating formulation, application thickness, line speed and cooling arrangement should be reviewed together to establish a suitable curing configuration.
