Wet-on-wet application
Use two stations to sequence compatible stains, primers or sealers.
Two coating stations. More finishing control.
Two coating stations for surface finishing workflows.
The Double Station Roller Coater is designed for high deposits of sealer or topcoat and for wet-on-wet application of stains, primers and sealers. A second roller can use reverse-coating technology for high-viscosity sealers.
APL lists a circulating varnish pump, AC drive, chrome-plated balanced cylinder and rubber roller arrangement for coating uniformity. Coating thickness adjustment is described through the HMI. Review the material and wet-film requirement to determine the appropriate two-station configuration.
