01 — OVERVIEWAPL’s double-lamp UV conveyor combines two UV lamps with adjustable conveyor speed and selectable UV-intensity levels. The published 50-inch configuration is intended to connect with printing or coating equipment for inline processing.
The machine includes thermal management, a Teflon conveyor belt and operating protections such as lamp shutoff when the hood is lifted. APL also describes lamp-hour display, hibernation mode and optional line-handling arrangements. Confirm the required modules and handling configuration in the quotation.
