Glitter coating, continuously applied.

01 — OVERVIEW

APL’s Roll-to-Roll Glitter Coating Machine applies decorative glitter in a continuous web workflow. The reference configuration lists a 1,016 mm feed width, 966 mm coating width and a published speed of 20 metres per minute.

Automatic anilox engagement, web guidance and tension control coordinate coating and transport. The listed applications include paper, plastic film, EVA foam, ribbon and satin. The published paper-weight range is 70–150 gsm; other materials need a separate compatibility review with APL.
